Remember, once package is shipped, we no longer hold the responsibility to your package; the responsibility has been transferred to USPS.


Orders submitted after 5 pm pacific time, refer to the following business day as your first processing day. Once ANY order is submitted, even if you paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING,  Tracking info is sent out within 72 business hours (business hours does not include weekends or holidays). After the 72 hour processing period, orders are shipped. If it’s been 72 hours and you have no tracking number, please Email [email protected] . Typical shipping can take up to 5 days, including processing and shipping. Orders including lace or silk closures, may take an additional day or 2.
